 All Sales Are Final: Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services. 

**Store supervisors may exercise discretion! We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone! 

Due to increase in fraudulent claims please read the following:

Goodman Guarantees only applies to J. Goodman branded solar products and terms of warranty are expressed at time of sale and on product description online! Goodman Guarantee and warranty is 1 year on solar products unless expressed at the time of purchase. Absolutely no warranty on products sold as clearance!

Guarantees and warranty only covers manufacture defects and errors and does not include acts of man or God! 

**All decisions regarding returns are subject to applicable laws. 

The Store Manager retains final authority to accept or decline any item that is eligible for return. 

Under no circumstance may a Store Manager accept return of an ineligible item. 

Store managers may always, at their discretion, refuse return of an item they deem to present a potential health, abuse, fraud, or safety risk to any individual.

J. Goodman LLC‘s 1 Year Warranty applies to all solar streetlights and floodlights unless otherwise noted at the time of sale.

Warranty Process:

1. Present original receipt and item under warranty. Item must be free from tampering. Tampering in any way will void manufacturers warranty and no returns, store credit, or refunds will be honored. No Exceptions!

2. Allow up to 30 days for mechanical repairs or manufacturer feedback to warranty defective items.

3. Item deemed defective will be replaced by direction of manufacturer or a store credit toward an upgrade will be given.

** All warranty and returns are at the discretion of the store manager.

J. GOODMAN LLC also reserves the right to close accounts, or to cancel or refuse orders or returns for violations or abuse of our returns policy, or any fraudulent activities relating to returns or warranties.
