To maintain our "Everyday Low Prices," we operate under the following terms:

• All Sales Are Final: Please review your selection carefully before completing your purchase. We do not offer cash refunds or general exchanges.
• Managerial Discretion: Our store supervisors have the final authority to review specific cases. Any exception to the "All Sales Final" rule is at the sole discretion of the Store Manager and must comply with applicable local laws.
• Health & Safety: For the safety of our community, items that present a potential health or hygiene risk (such as health products or opened paper goods) are strictly ineligible for return.

We provide a 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty on all J. Goodman branded solar streetlights and floodlights, unless otherwise noted at the time of sale.

• Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturer defects and hardware errors. It does not cover "Acts of God" (natural disasters) or damage caused by misuse/improper installation.
• The Process:
  1. Receipt & Condition: You must present the original receipt. The item must be free from any signs of tampering. Tampering with internal components voids all warranties immediately.
  2. Assessment: Please allow up to 30 days for our technicians to perform repairs or receive manufacturer feedback.
  3. Resolution: Items confirmed as defective will be repaired, replaced, or issued as a store credit toward an upgrade, at the manufacturer's direction.

• Clearance Items: Products sold as "Clearance" are sold as-is and do not carry a warranty.

• Accepted Methods: We accept Cash, Visa, American Express, and MasterCard.
• Checks: We do not accept personal checks. Company checks are accepted but must clear our banking system before any product delivery is scheduled.
• Delivery: Delivery schedules and fees are determined at the time of purchase based on location and order size.

J. Goodman LLC is a family-oriented business. We work hard to serve Guam honestly and expect the same respect in return.

• Zero Tolerance: We do not tolerate abusive behavior toward our staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone acting in an unprofessional or threatening manner.
• Fraud Prevention: Due to an increase in fraudulent claims, we strictly enforce the requirement of original documentation and untampered hardware for all warranty claims. We reserve the right to close accounts or refuse returns if fraudulent activity is suspected.

• This discount applies to all regular-priced general merchandise.

2. Eligibility

• Available to all customers aged 60 and older.
• A valid Guam ID, Senior Citizen ID, or Passport must be presented at the time of purchase to verify eligibility.

3. Terms & Conditions

• Combinability: The Manåmko' discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers, BOGO (Buy One Get One) deals, or clearance items.
• Exclusions: Due to narrow margins, this discount does not apply to Solar LED Streetlights/Floodlights or heavy equipment unless specifically noted during special "Senior Appreciation" events.
• Personal Use: The discount is intended for the personal use of the eligible senior and their immediate household.
